Referral service

Surprise Express Plumbing operates a plumbing call line for Surprise, Arizona and nearby towns. Calls may be answered by or routed to an independent, participating plumbing provider, and we may be compensated for the referral.

The provider who performs the work is responsible for its own licensing, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, and any warranty it chooses to offer. Always ask for an Arizona Registrar of Contractors license number and a written price before work begins.

Information on this site

The articles and guides here are general information about plumbing in the Surprise area. They are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a qualified plumber, and conditions in your home may differ. Local facts such as population figures, code adoption dates, and water supplier details come from public sources and can change.

Emergencies

If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911 from outside before calling a plumber. If water is near electrical equipment, stay clear and shut off power at the panel only if you can do so safely.
